Check the lift regularly every three months. If the truck is used frequently and intensively, in dirty rooms or in adverse environmental conditions, the truck must be serviced even more frequently. Thoroughly clean and regularly lubricate all moving parts of the service lift. The paw holders, adjustable support screws, paw lock gear and other moving parts must be lubricated regularly. Inspect the rubber base of the adjustable supports and replace it with a new one if worn. Check the locks: the locking mechanism - lubricate with a consistent trowel. Check the hydraulic oil level regularly. Hydraulic oil can be changed at least once a year. When the hydraulic lift oil is changed, the brackets must be lowered to the lowest position. Old oil in the tank must be completely removed. We recommend using premium oil.
